The Wonham Mill development is progressing at a fine pace and is coming together beautifully. It is expected to become available late in 2012.
It will include 7 homes, including 3 town houses, 3 appartments and the Mill House itself. All of them will be fitted out to a very high standard, with luxury, fitted kitchens and bathrooms and high quality lighting.

Resplendent in pink, thanks to the Jedris sponsored shirts, the guys from the site have been out playing football at Broadbridge Heath in preparation for a charity match vs Crystal Palace vets. A cold and wet evening the game versus Trev's Vets was close fought with the Jedris boys clintching the win with the final score at 4 - 1.

Development Announcements
After 2 years of hard work the first Jedris project, Tatsfield Barns, was completed in late 2008, right at the start of the credit crunch! The difficult property market at that time led us to rent out the properties rather than sell them as first intended. However, since then, the rentals have come to an end and 3 of the 4 barns have now been sold.
The final barn became available for sale in December 2011 and in now on the market. Please contact our agents Jackson-Stops (Dorking office) for more information or to arrange a viewing. There are also some photographs of the Tatsfield development via the menu to the right, or use our contact form to request hard copy from the agent.

Brockham Barns were completed in July 2010. The great location and the quality of the build have meant that a lot of interest has been generated in the barns and all the five have now been sold.
The Tatsfield development of four barns was finished October 2008 and was initially rented out. However, they have since become available for purchase and three of the four have now been sold. The remaining barn became available in December 2011 and is now available for sale. Details can be obtained via Jackson-Stops (Dorking office) or visit their website.
Jedris Mill Limited is well into the redevelopment of Wonham Mill in Betchworth. This expected to come onstream in late 2012 - watch this space!
